Festival and Events Group
The Festival and Events Group, a collaborative effort to support the numerous volunteer-led festivals and events in the town.
This group focuses on providing targeted assistance, burden sharing, and encouraging closer collaboration among different festivals and events. The goal is to enhance the overall cultural experience in Tunbridge Wells and ensure the sustainability of these important community events.
This group has already seen collaboration between the members with the Fringe Festival hosting an evening as part of the TW Lit Fest.
The group are also looking at pooled resources for an umbrella marketing effort, showcasing the breadth of the events calendar in Tunbridge Wells and attracting more visitors to the town.
Working together to achieve sustainable growth and collaboration the Festival and Events group also acts as a peer support network for the many hardworking volunteers who lead the amazing events we have in the town.
